Call in to see us……….

Please call in to our showroom at any time or book ahead if you prefer. We will be more than happy to see you to start the discussions for your stove installation. When you come to visit us, it would be helpful if you could bring some information with you to enable us to get a more accurate idea of what can be done. If you could bring along room sizes then this will help us guide you to the appropriate stove output suited for the room and please bring along any photos you may have of the room.

Home Visit………

We will then arrange a site visit with you at your property to complete a full installation assessment. This service is free of charge. We will assess the following:

- The feasibility of the desired location of the stove
- Chimney/Flue requirements
- Access to the roof (scaffolding/cherry picker)
- Finishing required such as render or hearth requirements.
- Preferred timings
- We can also liaise with designer/architects if required


Following our visit, we will provide you with a written estimate which will include:

- A breakdown of all costs of the installation
- Your chosen appliance specification
- Checklist of things to be done before installation

Scaffolding or a Cherry Picker may be required and will be included in the quote. We adhere to current health and safety guidelines, not only to keep our installers safe but to approach your property in a way that prevents unwanted damage.

We will return the estimate for you to review via email. Once you have returned the ‘acceptance of work’ form along with the initial deposit, we can then book a date in the diary for installation of your appliance.

Installation Day……….

On the morning of your installation day, our installers will arrive with everything they need to get started on your installation. They will bring plenty of dust sheets and protective flooring to keep everything as clean as possible, but we do ask that the room is cleared as much as possible before they arrive.

Stove Service & Maintenance

We recommend that your appliance is serviced once a year. Maintaining and servicing your stove is important if you want to keep it operating efficiently and safely. We recommend that you do this before the heating season starts so that your stove is ready. We can carry out a service for you and replace any parts required.

We also recommend that you get your chimney swept at least once a year. Although we don’t offer a chimney sweeping service ourselves, please contact us and we can recommend a chimney sweep local to your area.

Chimney Camera Inspections

By their very nature flues are hidden. On initial survey our team can explain a lot of the likely problems that can be present. However, using a chimney camera gives us the best view possible of the condition of the inside of the chimney without opening up access holes. The camera is carefully passed through the whole height of the flue ideally from the bottom. Configuration and condition can be assessed as well as dimensions. Photographic and Video evidence will be supplied after inspection is carried out.

Stove Spares

We can offer stove spares for a large number of leading manufacturers. We hold a large collection of stove glasses in stock and if we don’t have the one you need in stock we can get one within 1-2 days. We also offer a service in-house where we can cut firebricks to the size required. Our staff are highly experienced in identifying stove makes/models so if you don’t know which stove you have then provide us with a picture and we will be able to identify this for you.

Stove Accessories

We have a number of stove accessories such as log baskets, companion sets and Eco Fans in our showroom along with cleaning products. Call into our showroom to have a look round or call us up for more information.
