From the Beginning
NRJ Atkinson Plumbing & Heating, established and owned by Nigel and Moira in 1984.
With both their son’s Keith & Callum on board by 2012. The Multi Fuel Stove Company was born in 2013.
Where it all started
The Old Barclays Bank in Spittal, was set to become the home of The Multi Fuel Stove Company for the next 7 + years.

Spittal served us well during our first years of business and since 2013 we are proud to have grown our supplier network using only the best for quality and service within the industry.
The Growth
During this time, our business had grown and with it an increased workload and customer base. Now requiring larger premises, in January 2020 we took ownership of what is now our Ramparts showroom. This enabling us to showcase some of the best British & European manufacturers within the stove industry along with becoming one of very few partners distributing “Schiedel Chimney Systems Ltd". Flue & Chimney.
Where we are now
7 years to the day we began, our doors opened to the public of our new purpose built showroom here on Ramparts Business Park. We have since added an Access Platform arm to compliment our stove installation & plumbing business. None of this would be at all possible without our Faithfull Staff and Customers.
What's next?
We are very much looking forward to our next chapter & continued growth.
